Traffic Heroes contains links to outside sites and is not responsible for
content on these sites. Use caution when entering any information into sites!
Traffic Heroes is not responsible for any lost credits, or any damages, loss of
data, or other problems associated with using our services. We will do our best
to keep only legal sites in our rotation but it is possible that one may slip
through so be careful when joining any site.
Spam
Spam will NOT be tolerated. If your account has been found to be sending spam,
it will be removed without notice. Your ip will be banned and you will not be
able to sign up again.
Changing Upline
Deleting your account only to re-join again in an effort to change your sponsor/referrer/upline is not allowed. Asking members to delete their account and re-join under you is not allowed.
Privacy
Traffic Heroes collects information when you sign up and visit the site. We will
never sell or give out any of your personal information without your permission.
We may post your user name on the site or in emails regarding contests,
promotions, and the other activities sponsored by Traffic Heroes. If you chose
to allow your upline to contact you when signing up, your email address will be
given to them so they can contact you. Our site uses cookies. You must have
cookies enabled. Traffic Heroes also uses sessions stored on our servers. These
sessions temporarily hold your user name, password, and cheat preventing codes
while you are logged in.
Newsletters and Updates
By joining Traffic Heroes you agree to receive our weekly newsletter and
occasional updates. You must list a email address where you can receive these
updates and weekly newsletter on a regular basis. If your email bounces or your
mail box is full your Traffic Heroes account will be suspended until you can
provide a verifiable working email address.
Site Rules
- Your site may not contain more the one pop up of any kind
- Your site must not break the surf frame
- Your site must be at least 75% in English
- Your site may not contain prompts or alerts or anything else that must be
closed before surfing can continue
- Your site must not attempt to automatically download files
- Your site may not contain illegal content
- Your site must be family-friendly
- Absolutely No adult sites.
- Absolutely NO PTP's, PTR's, PTS (Paid to Surf), HYIP's or most sites that have
frames
- No hidden Iframes or code of any kind (These are easily noticed by the little
square images usually at the top of the page
-We have the right to notify other owners of suspicious behavior if we believe that you are a member of their exchange and inform them of your activity at our exchange. This includes multiple invalids, apparent cheating, duplicate accounts or any other activity that we deem suspicious. We are not responsible for what other owners that we notify do with this information.
Account Rules
- You may only have ONE account per person
- You cannot login from two different computers at the same time
- You MUST have a valid email address. If your email bounces your status will be
moved to suspended until you can provide a verifiable good email address.
- Your email must NOT have any auto responders or bounce
- You cannot share your login information with anyone
- You may not have someone surf your account without our written permission.
- You may not use any programs, scripts, etc that will surf for you (Your
account will be deleted and any credits and/or monies owed to you will be
forfeited)
Game
-Your info is stored in a cookie for up to 2 weeks. After two weeks of
inactivity you will lose all your heroes that were previously collected. As long
as you login and surf to the game within two weeks your info will remained
stored unless you delete your cookie.
Activity Policy
For Affiliate members, after 180 days of inactivity, credits and impressions
that are not assigned will be lost. Upgrading or surfing within 180 days will
prevent loss in credits.
Failure to Follow
If your site or account fails to follow any of the rules listed above, your
account will be removed. All credits, impressions, or rewards of any kind will
be lost. Your banners and urls will be removed, and your downline will be lost.
Future Changes
Traffic Heroes may change any of these rules at any time, with or without
notification.
